In 2009, Easts will be actively increasing the number of teams fielded including U7 & U9 Minkey’s,U11’s, U13’s, U15’s, & U17’s in the junior competitions. Easts are also planning to expand the existing senior teams to six. This will comprise of three mens and three ladies teams. Easts will also be looking to field all three grades in the senior competition which will allow for all level of skills and also for those that wish to play socially.
Easts also hold many social events outside of hockey to promote a warm & friendly atmosphere. Our committee is dedicated to improving the future of hockey throughout the district.Easts are involved with the Australian Sports Commission in providing coaches to sports extravaganza’s at local schools and are active in the local community helping to coach at Ingleburn Primary School.
